Band Bookings

Interested in having your band perform at RCRS? Contact RCRS to schedule a show at least 2 weeks in advance. All shows must take place after park hours and can not be longer than 2 hours. Set-up for shows can not begin until all skaters are off the premises. All cover charges are $10 (includes tax) unless specified below. All dates, prices & bands/DJs are subject to change.

If you agree with the RCRS Band/DJ policies and requirements below and wish to book a Band or DJ, contact us at operations@amazementsquare.org . Please do not send demo tapes.

PAY OUT
The more people you bring, the more you get paid per head:
0-9 paid covers there is no payout (you have at least 10 friends we hope)
10-20 paid covers = $2/head
21-40 paid covers = $3/head
41-60 paid covers = $4/head
61-80 paid covers = $5/head
81+ paid covers = $6/head
At the end of the night the payout is given to the headlining Band or promoter. It is the headliner’s/promoter’s responsibility to pay any other Bands that they bring.

COVER CHARGE
Covers are $10, but are negotiable. Putting on a 7-Band bill? Want the cover to be more? No problem, any money over $10 is split 50/50 between you and us.

The Cover charge will be held in full if the Band causes damage to the skatepark.

GUESTS
Two (2) guests are allowed per Band.

DEPOSIT
Any Band/DJ wanting to play at RCRS must submit a $25 deposit. The booking will not be confirmed until RCRS receives the $25 deposit. By providing a deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions of RCRS Band/DJ policy.

DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT THE SCHEDULED BANDS/DJS WILL SHOW UP AND BE ON TIME. If a Band/DJ needs to cancel or reschedule a show, a Band/DJ representative must contact RCRS at least 1 week prior to the confirmed booking date.

GET NOTICED
Email us a link to your site and a picture of your Band and we’ll do our best to incorporate it into our site.

If you want to bring out a crowd and make money, it is up to you to promote and advertise your event. Bring out posters, handbills, and flyers for us to post at the skatepark and be sure to get them around town to other places.

REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY AT RCRS

  • $25 Deposit (see above).
  • No profanity. If profanity is heard during your set, you will be asked to leave, you will not be paid, and will not have an opportunity to play RCRS again.
  • You must bring all of your own equipment including extension cords, amps, PAs, etc. RCRS provides only space and electrical outlets.
  • Any solicitation of fliers for the booked event must be approved by RCRS before disbursement.
  • RCRS reserves the right to vacate and close the facility during the reserved date should a disturbance take place that the band and event staff can not control and a payout will not be provided for the booking.
